Inspiration

I recently toured the Villa Farnesina, a Renaissance gem famous for Raphael’s frescos and for the fascinating story of its owner, banker Agostino Chigi, known as "The Great Merchant of Christianity."

Restoration of the Loggia di Galatea began in 2019 and to commemorate the completion of this important work, the Raphael and Classical Art exhibition opens on March 30, 2023.

I wish to take you on a virtual tour and share the story of Cupid and Psyche from the novel by Apuleius, the Metamorphosis also referred to as The Golden Ass. Wait, what?
